Cresendo Industrial Park

cresendo-industrial-park

The 32-hectare Cresendo Industrial Park is expected to heighten business in Tarlac through light-to-medium, non-polluting industries. The park will feature 21 lots sized at 1-hectare that may generate up to 2,000 new jobs, contributing to the ever-growing economy of Tarlac as well as that of Central Luzon.

The Cresendo Industrial Park is strategically located and is easily accessible via SCTex and major thoroughfares that connect it to other key cities and economic hubs. Both phases of the industrial park were designed for light to medium, non-polluting industries and have signed up locators in food manufacturing, motorcycle assembly, packaging, logistics, and warehousing.

Unique to Cresendo among ALI’s northern estates would be the development of micro commercial lots. This new feature will allow employees and entrepreneurs to live right by their business ventures. Micro commercial lots will function both as a home for their families and a viable location for their future micro, small and medium enterprises. The structures can also work as satellite offices for business owners, small stores or training centers.

Cresendo Location

Cresendo is located just past the Hacienda Luisita exit of the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) and MacArthur Highway. It will be accessible through the Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway (TPLEX) and SCTEX, as well as future infrastructure project Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEX).
